&lt;br&gt;One thing.  Perhaps not even once a day, but one little thing at a time.

&lt;br&gt;Maybe it's not always the right thing, and you change it back another day.  So what?  Ready-&amp;gt;Fire-&amp;gt;Aim etc.
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;It all adds up.
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;ps. Yeah, I saw it on some guy's weblog, and it reminded me that I'd been meaning to set it up :)

&lt;br&gt;It's a very simple thing: There are always things that can be improved. If you change only one thing about yourself, your life, every day.. after a year, there'll be 360 crappy things gone. Your life will be THAT much better.
