Whilst I could never get up as early as you (no need to, my part time job starts at 10 and I live 15mins away...) I am always striving to get up at an earlier time even when I don't have to go to work. I agree that it makes you more productive and you just FEEL better. There is always a good cup of coffee too...

Re: Not sleeping in

Hi Tina

As I reply to this, it's 5:13AM on a Monday morning.

I agree - the world is such an interesting place, it's hard to turn it (well, yourself) off for a few hours, to sleep. The thing to realise is that it will still be there in the morning.

Thanks for your comment, and, as a side note, for your blog as well.

Andrew

Re: Not sleeping in

I agree that it's the frame of mind. I too am working on this, as I've been a night person and sleeping in almost daily for the past 3 years. Yikes! I'm working on becoming a early riser and it's been challenging but rewarding. The biggest challenge for me is turning off the computer at night and fighting off my impulses to browse. :)

Love your new blog. Keep it up!

Tina
